Tammy’s Testimony: Before trying Shoshanna’s 28 day free program I was stuck in a weight loss plateau unable to get my body to lose more weight. I didn't know what to do. Shoshanna took control of my journey, gave me a new set of goals to follow and I settled in to the task. Shoshanna has been a joy to work with and she's obviously knowledgeable in what she does!

Aimee’s Testimony: I saw the advertisement on Facebook to join in on a 28 day weight loss challenge.  I had nothing to lose but weight and did not have to pay a dime.  Many weight loss challenges ask for money up front and never work which leaves you frustrated and still with stubborn weight.  I never have had someone map out my diet and thought now would be a good day to try.  What worked in my early thirties is definitely not working in my late 40s.  My body is changing and does not process food as well or not at all.  I was only taking a menopausal supplement once a day for weight loss, and was not sure it was working at all.  My work pant stop fitting and O was forced to wear coveralls, non of my jeans fit anymore and had to start purchasing more yoga pants.  Upon the first week of preparing my meals and receiving the list of vitamins in the mail, I suddenly felt better with more energy.  Usually after I get home from a very busy day at work, I would take a shower and then go to bed.  Within two weeks of sticking to the diet workouts and diet, I hit my goal of losing 10 pounds!!  I would never have reached this goal on my own, I poured my heart and soul into the diet.  The diet has options to swap out meals that you do not like, I really like the variety of options.  The results that I continued to see throughout the rest of the challenge made me sign up for an entire year.  I am very excited to see where I can be in a year of delish meals and the accountability needed to achieve my goals, the possibilities are endless.
